When I saw a kitchen staff dressed in white, (most others were dressed in black) in the toilet and he literally ran one hand under the water for a fraction of a second and didn't use soap. This isn't acceptable! The wait staff were very good. The person taking orders at the front register would benefit from some customer service training.
